For several years now, Petit Forestier has been a certified training organisation. The skills and quality of our internal and external trainers mean that all of our employees can access specific, dedicated training programmes.

  • A training school created
    with the aim of encouraging internal career development.

    Currently, there are two training programmes - one for future workshop managers and one for our future depot directors. Other programmes are being prepared.
  • Training courses adapted to each profession.
    These specific courses enable all employees to improve their competence in their functions.
  • Partnerships with various schools and organisations.
    With the aid of the AFT-IFTIM, we have created a class of BEP Maintenance apprentices, focused on vehicle maintenance and dedicated to our group.
  • A recruitment policy based on perpetuating work-based training contracts in the technical, commercial and administrative professions.
